GREEN COFFEE VARIETY AND ITS BLENDS:


The products presented in this web site offer a mix of the following characteristics:

ARABICA:

This variety produces smooth and aromatic coffee. The best beans are cultivated at a high altitude, normally between 800 and 1,200 meters above sea level.

ROBUSTA:

Plants are vigorous, resistant and survive in hotter climates thus allowing for cultivation at lower altitudes. The coffee is neutral, bodied, bitter, spicy and low acidity.

ARABICA & ROBUSTA BLENDS:

Combines the Arabica flavor with the body of the Robusta.

COFFEE CHARACTERISTICS


Regular:
Produced with green coffee beans direct from the farms, after pre‑cleaning and selection process.

Decaffeinated:
Produced with regular coffee beans which are treated (chemical process) to reduce caffeine content to a maximum of 0.1% in the final product.

ROASTING:


Roasting is a time- and temperature-dependent process.
The combination of these parameters directly affects the characteristics of the coffee drink reflecting in:

Color differences, chemical changes and different flavor profiles.
